  • Patreon donations are optional and typically non-refundable; perks may change.
  • Cano Management has the final say on bans, disputes, and appeals.
  • Use at your own risk — no uptime guarantees.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By joining the Cano Scrims Discord server, participating in scrims, or using our website and tools, you agree to follow these Terms of Service (Terms). If you do not agree, you must stop using Cano Scrims services.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old and comply with Discord’s Terms of Service and Community Guidelines. Cano Scrims primarily serves the Oceania (OCE) community; access may be restricted if required by law or platform policy.

3. Your Responsibilities

  • Follow Discord rules, Cano Scrims server guidelines, and any scrim-specific rules announced by staff.
  • Do not harass, threaten, or abuse other members.
  • Do not attempt to disrupt scrims, automated systems, or other users’ experiences.
  • Keep your account secure. You are responsible for activity performed using your Discord account.

4. Scrim Participation

Cano Scrims events are competitive and moderated. Staff may issue warnings, temporary suspensions, or permanent bans for behaviour that breaks rules or harms the community. Formats, schedules, and any prizes may change without notice. Decisions on disputes, bans, and appeals by Cano Management are final.

5. Patreon & Support

Cano Scrims is free for everyone to use. For those who wish to support running costs, optional donations are available via Patreon. Payments are handled solely by Patreon. Supporter perks (e.g., roles or access) may change or be removed at any time without compensation. Donations are typically non-refundable.

6. Service Availability

We aim to keep scrims, bots, and websites available, but downtime or interruptions may occur. We may modify or discontinue features at any time, with or without notice.

7. Intellectual Property

All Cano Scrims branding, website assets, and custom tooling remain the property of Cano Scrims. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or use these materials outside Cano Scrims without permission.

8. Data & Privacy

Our Privacy Policy explains how we collect and use personal information. By using Cano Scrims services, you consent to those practices.

9. Enforcement & Termination

Cano Scrims staff may suspend or terminate your access at any time for violations of these Terms or server rules. We may retain records of moderation actions and related data as described in the Privacy Policy.

10. Disclaimer

Cano Scrims is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We are not responsible for third-party services (Discord, Patreon, Yunite, Epic Games, etc.). Participation in scrims is at your own risk.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Cano Scrims and its staff are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services.

12. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms to reflect changes in operations, laws, or platform policies. Revised Terms take effect when posted on this page. Continued participation after changes means you accept the updated Terms.

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Australia. If you reside in a specific Australian state or territory, local consumer law protections may also apply.

14. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.
